How Many Bartenders?
The number of bartenders recommended depends on your guest count, drink menu and event flow. Larger events or venues with separate serving areas may require additional bartenders or a dual-bar setup.
Arrival & Setup
Bartenders typically arrive 60-90 minutes before your event to organize the supplied bar area and prepare for service. Dual-bar setups may require arrival up to 60 minutes before service begins.
What Affects Pricing?
Pricing is based on the number of bartenders, service hours, guest count, event location and travel requirements. Bar consultations, additional staffing and personalized bar products may be added separately.
