Do you have Liquor Liability Insurance?
Certain venues require your hired bartender(s) to carry Liability Insurance. We carry the required liability insurance, up to 1 Million dollars in coverage. We can provide proof of our insurance as requested upon successful booking of the event
Are your Bartenders ServSafe® Certified?
Yes, our bartenders are ServSafe® certified in the state of Florida. ServSafe is a food and beverage safety training and certificate program administered by the National Restaurant Association. The program is accredited by ANSI and the Conference for Food Protection.
What Factors Affect The Cost of Bartending Services?
The factors that affect the cost of our services include: Number of guests, distance we have to travel to your event, number of hours you need our service, and what items you need us to provide.
What is Your Coverage Area?
We provide bar service for all of the state of Florida and St, Mary’s, Brunswick and Atlanta Georgia.
Who & Where are your Clients?
We have worked many events from 15 Person Private Parties to 1500 person festivals + Guest Wedding receptions, Art Exhibits, Corporate Parties, Store Grand Openings, to Private Household Holiday Parties.
What Does Your Bar Look Like?
We have three options that we can offer for your party or event. Our 4ft or 6ft table with black linen, bar decor, straw & garnish holders, napkin holder, equipped for one or two bartenders. Customized Branded Acrylic Bar It is best suited for larger private parties & weddings with 100 guests or more.
Do we help you with a shopping list?
We will help you with the process of determining how much and what type of each of the Liquor, Wine & Beer you will need for your event based on the amount of guests you are expecting.
Free Set Up & Clean up of Bar Station?
The set up and clean up is not part of the amount of hours of bartending service you will receive. For example, If you hire us to bartend a 5 hour event, we will show up 30-60 minutes early to set-up the bar, so we will be there for a total of 5 1/2 or 6 hours.
What About Ice, Cups, Mixers, etc?
We offer different types of bartending packages; from Bartender-Only to Full Service (all inclusive). You can provide all of the Ice, Cups, Mixers, Garnishes, Straws, Napkins Bar, etc, or we can provide them as needed.
What Exactly Will the Bartenders Bring To My Event?
Regardless of what package you choose (Bartender only or Full service) we will always bring the following items to your event: Bar Tools including Wine Key, Bottle Openers, Bar Mats, Pour Spouts, Cocktail Shakers, Garnish Holder, Napkin & Straw Holder
How do I Pay For Your Services?
To secure your event date booking, we require a 50% deposit payment which can be made securely via our online client portal.
What is the booking process?
You would first fill out an online questionnaire, then we would schedule a discovery call. If we are a good fit for your event, we would send you a contract and invoice for the services we will offer for your event. Once the deposit is paid we will then start planning your event and provide you with the documents needed for the venue.
