Wedding Bartending FAQs

How do I hire a bartender for my wedding?

Request a proposal with your wedding date, venue, guest count and service hours. We'll send an event questionnaire, set up a discovery call, then send a contract and invoice. A 50% deposit secures your date, and we send any documents your venue needs.

How much does a wedding bartender cost?

Bartenders start at $85 per hour. Bartender + Bar Essentials adds $4.99 to $7.99 per guest, and Full Bar Service starts at $10.99 per guest. Your final price depends on guest count, service hours, location, staffing and options. Gratuity applies: 20% where tipping is allowed, or 30% if your venue doesn't allow a tip jar.

How many bartenders do I need for my wedding?

It depends on your guest count, drink menu, timeline and number of bars. Large weddings, complex cocktail menus and dual bars may need more than one bartender. We'll recommend staffing once we see your details.

Do you provide the alcohol?

No. You buy the alcohol for your wedding, and we can tell you what and how much to buy. With Bartender + Bar Essentials, we bring the mixers, garnishes, cups, straws and napkins.

Can you make signature cocktails for our wedding?

Yes. Your menu can include signature cocktails picked for your wedding, plus mocktails and non-alcoholic options for guests who don't drink.

Are you insured? Will my venue accept you?

We carry general liability and liquor liability insurance, with up to $1 million in coverage, and can send a Certificate of Insurance if your venue needs one. Tell us your venue's requirements before the wedding.

How early do you arrive to set up?

Setup time depends on your package: 30 minutes for Bartender Only, 60 minutes for Bartender + Bar Essentials and 90 minutes for Full Service. Setup doesn't come out of your service hours.

Do you bring a bar?

Full Service includes a pop-up bar setup. With other packages, you'll need a bar or serving surface unless a bar setup is added to your proposal. Ask about our LED bar.

Where do you bartend weddings?

We're based in Jacksonville and work weddings in Ponte Vedra, St. Augustine, Green Cove Springs and across Florida and South Georgia. Travel fees may apply. See all locations.

How far in advance should we book?

As soon as you have a date. Popular weekends fill up fast.
