Can I hire a bartender for a private party or home event?
Yes. Our private party bartending service is available for birthdays, house parties, anniversaries, celebrations and other events in Jacksonville and surrounding areas. Your bartender comes to your location, organizes the supplied bar area, prepares drinks and serves your guests.
What is included with the Bartenders Only service?
The Bartenders Only package includes a professional event bartender, standard bartending tools, organization of your supplied bar area, drink preparation and guest service. This package provides the bartender—not the spirits, mixers, ice, cups, garnishes or physical bar.
What do I need to provide for the bartender?
You provide the alcohol, mixers, specialty ingredients, ice, cups, napkins, garnishes and a bar or suitable serving surface. We arrange your supplies into a functional workspace and professionally serve what you provide.
Are your bartenders insured?
Yes. Mr.Barrtenderr carries general liability and liquor liability insurance. A certificate of insurance can be provided when required by your venue. Please tell us about any venue requirements before your event.
How do I find out whether a bartender is available for my date?
Select View Pricing & Get a Proposal and provide your event date, location, guest count, event type and requested service hours. We will review your details, recommend the appropriate staffing and confirm availability.
What is included with the Bartenders Only service?
The Bartenders Only package includes a professional event bartender, standard bartending tools, organization of your supplied bar area, drink preparation and guest service. This package provides the bartender—not the alcohol, mixers, ice, cups, garnishes or physical bar.
Can you help me determine what beverages and supplies to purchase?
Yes. A bar consultation can be added if you need assistance determining how much alcohol, mixers, ice, cups, garnishes and other supplies to purchase.

Do you bring a portable bar?
A portable bar is not automatically included with the Bartenders Only package. You must provide a bar or an appropriate serving surface unless a portable bar setup is added to your proposal.
Can I add personalized details to the bar service?
Yes. Available enhancements may include personalized bar menus, acrylic cocktail stirrers and other presentation details. Add-on availability and pricing can be included in your customized proposal.
How much does it cost to hire a bartender?
Our Bartenders Only service starts at $85 per hour. Final pricing depends on the number of bartenders, service hours, guest count, event location, travel requirements and selected add-ons. Your customized proposal will show the pricing for your specific event.
How many bartenders will I need for my event?
The number of bartenders needed depends on your guest count, drink menu, event schedule and number of bar locations. Larger events, complex cocktail menus and dual-bar setups may require an additional bartender. We will recommend appropriate staffing after reviewing your event details.
How early will the bartender arrive?
Your bartender typically arrives 30-60 minutes before service begins to organize your supplied bar area and prepare for guests. Large events or events requiring a dual-bar setup or additional preparation may require arrival up to 60-90 minutes before service.
